Operations and Management Plan

- Periodic Reporting: Submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports to the client, including security observations and actions taken.
- Inspection Visits: Unannounced and periodic visits by quality supervisors to ensure staff adherence to dress code and job responsibilities.

Based on ISO 22301 certification, we are highly prepared to handle emergencies:
