Operations and Management Plan

A smart operating system… sustainable security and immediate response

First Guard relies on a dynamic operational plan that combines strategic planning, meticulous execution, and continuous improvement. We implement international quality standards (ISO 9001) and business continuity standards (ISO 22301) to ensure smooth operations, even during times of crisis.

Sustainability in operation
We implement environmentally friendly practices (ISO 14001 & ISO 50001) in our operations, such as using energy-efficient periodicity and reducing paper usage through the shift to digital reporting.
Control and Quality Assurance
  • Periodic Reporting: Submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports to the client, including security observations and actions taken.
  • Inspection Visits: Unannounced and periodic visits by quality supervisors to ensure staff adherence to dress code and job responsibilities.
  • Performance Indicators: Measuring response time and customer satisfaction as part of our commitment to quality.
Emergency Management and Business Continuity

Based on ISO 22301 certification, we are highly prepared to handle emergencies:

  • Evacuation Plans: Guards are trained to implement evacuation plans and respond to fires and medical emergencies.
  • Escalation Matrix: A clear communication mechanism that begins with the guard and proceeds to the supervisor, then to management and relevant security authorities (police/civil defense) when needed.
  • Support Team: Immediate replacements are available in case of absence or emergencies to ensure uninterrupted service.
Managing daily operations
  • Central Operations Room (24/7): A command and control center that monitors all locations, manages reports, and directs field teams in real time.
  • Shift System: 24/7 security coverage with 8- or 12-hour shifts and documented handover and takeover procedures.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Clear, written procedures for each task (entry and exit, inspection, patrols) to ensure consistent service levels.
Security planning and analysis (before starting)
  • Security Survey: A comprehensive site analysis to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and the placement of cameras and control points.
  • Deployment Plan: A well-planned deployment of fixed positions and mobile patrols to ensure complete site coverage.

This integrated organizational structure and established governance framework are fundamental pillars of First Guard, ensuring complete alignment between its strategic vision and operational performance in the field. By clearly defining responsibilities, maintaining a firm commitment to integrity and transparency, and implementing international standards (ISO) across all departments, the company affirms its institutional readiness to lead the security services sector with high efficiency, meeting its clients' expectations and supporting the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 towards a secure and sustainable future.
